Canceling your appointment
To cancel an appointment, we ask that you contact the practice by phone no later than 24 hours in advance. This way we may be able to help another patient and we do not have to charge you. If the appointment is not cancelled (in time), we are obliged to charge the costs of the reserved time and/or the agreed treatment. These costs will not be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
